TMC congratulates Ron Marco. Ron is now the Head of IP Network Engineering for the Wireless Infrastructure of Globe. Ron is an MTM Alumnus.
He started as an IP Engineer with Fujitu Phils and after completing the MTM program in 2011, he was able to take up a management role for one of the engineering teams of Globe leading up to recently becoming the head of the IP Engineering team.
In this step up role, Ron is heading the team of managers and engineers responsible for ensuring nationwide internetwork connectivity for the mobile services of Globe.
He is responsible for planning, design, implementation, provisioning and optimization of the backbone network infrastructure of Globe. On top of the core mandates, he also participates in people development and competency training for IP accross the whole Network Technical Group of the company.
