TMC wishes Rosemarie Magliquian all the best. Rosemarie, an MTM Alumnus, is a Project Manager at Covalent Partners Inc (Trading as MISNet). Among her duties are the following:
• Develops and updates project plan based on current requirements
• Delegates tasks to resource (team member) as specified in the plan
• Presents summaries of the project highlighting progress, outstanding issues, and deviations from original plan
• Analyzes the risks and create deliverables for the project
• Ensures provision of project documents such as technical design documentation and implementation specifications for client and as future references
• Provides change requests document if necessary
• Provides weekly project status reports
• Handles project turnover and acceptance with client business unit
• Participates in Functional Training and User Acceptance Test activities
Scrum Master
• Acts as Scrum master for a scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
• Facilitates sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
• Assists the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
• Ensures cross-team coordination and foster better communication
• Maintains relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
• Acts as a project manager when necessary. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team.
• Strengthens the presence of our team as an Agile centre of excellence. Actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community. Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities
